Centralizing Support for Our EMEA Customers to Our US Offices

Sharethrough is a global business with 7 offices in the US, Canada, and London.  Today, we are announcing that we made the difficult decision to centralize support for our UK/EMEA customers to our US and Canada offices.  This means we will not maintain our London office as we head into 2020 and will be servicing our UK/EMEA partners from North America.  

This week, we will begin the process of transitioning coverage for our UK/EMEA accounts to our US teams and will work to maintain the level of quality service that our partners expect and appreciate.  Many of our publishers and advertisers are already serviced out of our North American offices, so for some customers, there will be no change in your main point of contact.

If there is a change in your main point of contact, you will be receiving an email this week with an introduction to your new account lead.   Additionally, you can always contact our support team (support@sharethrough.com) with any urgent issues.  

We are committed to continuing support for our UK/EMEA partners and will be dedicating resources from our centralized North American offices.

On a personal note, I want to sincerely thank everyone who has been a part of the Sharethrough UK team over the years, as well as our partners, who have built a community to help shape this market with us.  

We believe in the power of an open internet, with independent and accessible content funded by quality advertising.  

Though today’s announcement is bittersweet, we believe it will help us build a sustainable, lasting company that can continue to move the market towards human-centric, respectful advertising.

This evolution towards human-centric advertising is only just beginning and we are proud to be part of a community that shares our mission.
